If you are not familiar with these neighborhoods, here's a quick guide.

The western most street, facing the ocean, and the most expensive is "The Strand" which is located in the Manhattan Beach Sand Section. Many of the homes in the Sand Section are on "walk streets" particularly those west of Highland Ave. The walk streets have a great coastal beach feel and no traffic, hence the name.

South of Manhattan Beach Blvd and east of the Sand Section is the Manhattan Beach Hill Section. Think Beverly Hills style mansions on smaller lots with ocean views.

North of Manhattan Beach Blvd and west of Sepulveda you have the Tree Section, so named because there are a lot of trees and those are the street names too (Walnut, Oak, Poinsettia, etc).

East of Sepulveda Blvd is, no surprise, East Manhattan Beach which is further divided up into Liberty Village, Manhattan Heights and the Mira Costa neighborhood.

Two other neighborhoods.

North of Rosecrans in the Sand Section you'll find El Porto which used to be part of El Segundo until it was annexed by Manhattan Beach. Good move there!

Just east of the Manhattan Village shopping mall is - another good guess here, the gated community of Manhattan Village. Wow imagine the coincidence.
