With July closed home sales in Manhattan Beach CA already in the books, this is a pretty good opportunity to take stock of how the market is looking year to date in 90266 for 2015.

There were 32 closed escrows during July ranging in price from $660,500 for a 2 bedroom condo on Artesia Blvd up to $9.5M for a Walkstreet home in the 100 block. Total dollar amount was $82,997,500 for the month.

FYI, there is no doubt that sales and inventory have both declined compared to previous years. So if you are a buyer, prices are up and sales are down, not so good. For a seller, well its a seller's market.
