If you are not familiar with the Manhattan Beach Hill Section, think Beverly Hills with ocean views and surfing.


The Hill Section is west of Sepulveda, and east of the Sand Section with the dividing point found out the Valley-Ardmore Greenbelt. on the southern tip it starts at the Hermosa Beach border. The north end of the Hill Section is Manhattan Beach Blvd.

Because there are hills (really), many of the homes have either ocean or city/mountain views, or both. You'll find an ample supply of 7500+ square foot lots and newer Mediterranean, Craftsman, or Spanish style homes in excess of 4000 sq ft.
