Manhattan Beach Sand Section Real Estate Inventory is decent with 38 active MLS listings as of the first week in February. List prices range from $725K for a 2 bedroom 1 bath SFR on Marine Pl up to a cool $24.9M to have a home on the Strand. There's a lot to choose from between $1M-$2M and some that are relatively good deals. Single family homes are 22 of the listings and townhouse-condos comprise the balance. Of the townhouses, 5 are detached.
